A badge you can actually trust.
The gold badge means a DeyPage field agent physically stood at the door — not an algorithm, not a self-report.
Three steps, in person.
-
01
An agent visits
HQ or a State Manager assigns the business to a field agent. The agent travels to the physical address.
-
02
GPS, photos & ID captured
Coordinates within 50 metres accuracy, at least two timestamped on-site photos, and one photo of the owner’s ID — all recorded on the spot.
-
03
HQ reviews and approves
Operations checks the submission against the verification checklist, then approves or rejects with a reason.
What the agent must capture
-
GPS within 50mSubmission is blocked above 50 metres accuracy; poorer readings require a written reason and are flagged for HQ.
-
At least 2 on-site photosTimestamped and geotagged, max 5MB each.
-
Exactly 1 owner ID photoHeld for verification only, subject to NDPR consent.
-
Full checklist completeEvery item must be ticked before the agent can submit.
How long it lasts
-
Badge granted
HQ approves the field submission and the gold badge appears on the listing.
Day 0 -
Valid for 12 months
The badge carries its record ID and verification date. Anyone can hover it to see both.
Day 1 — 365 -
Expires automatically
After 365 days the badge lapses. Renewing needs a fresh field visit — there is no paper renewal.
Day 365
If something is wrong
Anyone can report a badged listing. Three complaints within 90 days automatically trigger an HQ review, and every outcome is logged with the actor, timestamp and reason.
-
Kept
The review finds no issue and the badge stands.
-
Suspended
The badge is hidden while HQ investigates further.
-
Revoked
The badge is removed. The listing stays, without a verification claim.
